Lucky Manabe, a very unlucky elementary school student, accidentally finds a lamp containing the genie Yamada. He summons Yamada and he says he can grant up to 1000 wishes. So, Rakuki immediately makes a wish, but all of those wishes end up in a terrible situation... Depicting such a daily life of Rakuki and Yamada.
