In her previous life, she was a kindhearted grandmother who enjoyed reading romance novels recommended to her by her granddaughter. Eventually, Josner discovers Sashuna's secret, throwing her carefully planned destruction route even further off course. Sashuna only wants to play her part, become the perfect villainess and gracefully ruin herself for the sake of her beloved heroine. Unfortunately, her grandmotherly personality keeps making everyone like her, and one particularly persistent knight seems determined to make sure she never reaches the ending she's aiming for.
