When he was a child, the main character, George Akizuki, was caught up in an explosion test of a new type of X bomb, and he miraculously survived. Eventually, Akizuki grows up and, as if guided by fate, visits the site of the former explosion. Akizuki awakens to three types of supernatural powers (imaginary power, psychic perception, and clairvoyance) through the action of a mysterious liquid that has collected like a lake at the site, he fights against the evils of the world and as a righteous psychic, Esper 3. He strengthened his resolve to face them. The supernatural war with the worst enemy Bester is about to begin!! Also includes Dr. Devil and Hannya.
