Rikudō Ōeda was only months away from graduating high school when he was suddenly summoned to another world. With little choice in the matter, Rikudō became that world's Hero, fought his way through countless battles, defeated the Demon King and finally accomplished the one thing that mattered to him: returning home to his beloved younger sister. Unfortunately, saving another world isn't particularly useful on a résumé. Rikudō returns to Japan in the middle of a brutal employment crisis. Despite possessing superhuman abilities and years of experience fighting monsters, the former Hero finds himself struggling to get an ordinary job. Then his aunt offers him some work. The employer turns out to be an idol agency, and Rikudō's new position is surprisingly mundane: he's going to be the driver responsible for transporting the agency's idols. Of course, these aren't exactly ordinary idols. Between eccentric personalities, obsessive fans, unscrupulous people attempting to exploit them and increasingly dangerous situations surrounding the entertainment industry, simply getting his passengers safely from one destination to another quickly becomes a much bigger job than Rikudō expected. Fortunately, underneath the suit and driver's license is still the man who defeated a Demon King. When someone threatens the girls under his protection, Rikudō has no problem putting the overwhelming strength and combat experience he gained in another world to use. A reverse-isekai action comedy about a former Hero discovering that protecting a group of troublesome idols in modern Japan may be almost as complicated as saving another world.
