The story takes place at Seiran Academy, a school where girls with supernatural abilities gather. Claire, who possesses the clairvoyance to foresee the future, is troubled by her inability to utilize her powers. However, by observing the world through the eyes of the girls attending the academy, she gradually begins to grow.
