Rasen is the eldest son of a historian, whose family has passed down the legend of the bride of the nine-tailed fox for generations. He was meant to be the heir, but due to his daily laziness, he is offered as a "bride" to the mountain where the nine-tailed fox is said to live. A man appears there, so beautiful that it seems unearthly, indistinguishable from a human except for his ears and tail. Just by making eye contact with the man, Rasen's body mysteriously tingles, and he can't help wanting to touch him and be touched by him.
